  • YEAR BUILT: 1960-2000
  • DEAL SIZE: $5M – $50M
  • USE: Value-Add Office / Retail, Residential, Commercial, Industrial, RV / Mobile Home Parks
  • OPPORTUNITY: Future Upside in Land Value Through Entitlements
  • LOCATION: Within 5 Miles of Downtown Dallas / Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, El Paso, and Secondary Strategic Markets
