We have an entrepreneurial culture. The job is not to know everything. The job is to be resourceful and figure things out that you don’t know. Most of people’s jobs during the day, especially at smaller businesses, is not about working on things that you know how to do perfectly every single day. If you are unwilling to take that risk and keep figuring things out, you’re just really going to limit how much you’re going to grow, how much value you’re providing to the team.

People tend to move quicker through their career the less stress they put on the people around them. Stress can just be we know so-and-so is never going to make a decision until they’ve let everybody in the office know about it. That causes stress on everybody else. People want to work with people that they can leave a room and be confident that something’s going to get done.
