We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the Fort Capital team. This person needs to be organized and make decisions based on prior experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and execute culture initiatives such as quarterly team events and bi-weekly team lunches across all office locations.
  • Assist in the development of all marketing assets for the in-house leasing team including flyers, signage, etc.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new employees including scheduling headshots, ordering personalized office supplies, and maintaining documents.
  • Support hiring initiatives by posting positions on job boards, development of job descriptions, and more.
  • Distribute broker gifts related to acquisitions and dispositions and maintain gift box inventory.
  • Coordinate bi-annual employee swag orders and maintain swag backstock for gifts and new hires.
  • Coordinate event logistics for annual events such as the holiday party and investor event.
  • Manage the annual holiday gift that is distributed to investors and vendors.
  • Assist in identifying appropriate company accolades and coordinate the completion of applications such as best places to work and fastest-growing companies.
  • Facilitate document updates across all internal and external documents and develop documents as necessary such as decks, graphics, etc.
  • Support the marketing team in copywriting for social posts, quarterly newsletters, and press releases as needed.
  • Manage office stationery supplies and reorder as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.
  • Reports directly to Senior Marketing Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, and communications or relevant field.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) as well as Canva.
  • Willing to travel to other office locations throughout Texas.
