WHY BRING US A DEAL?

As part of our incentive program, you will receive a 0.50% bonus in addition to the seller-paid commission. This means if you bring us a $50M deal, you will earn a $250,000 bonus.

Use: Warehouse, Distribution, Light Manufacturing, Cold Storage
Opportunity: Market / Capital Improvements to Unlock Maximum Value
Location: Dallas / Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, El Paso, Secondary Strategic Markets
Year Built: 1960 – 2000


ACQUISITION CRITERIA
URBAN CORE COMMERCIAL / LAND

Deal Size: $5M – $50M
Use: Value-Add Office / Retail, Residential, Commercial, Industrial, RV / Mobile Home Parks
Opportunity: Future Upside in Land Value Through Entitlements
Location: Within 5 Miles of Downtown Dallas / Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, El Paso, Secondary Strategic Markets
