The 172,946 square foot portfolio is comprised of Hanging Moss Business Park (6100-6148 Hanging Moss Road) and Goldenrod Business Park (1460-1476 North Goldenrod Road) both located in the underserved Southeast Orange County submarket. The properties are located approximately 10 minutes from Downtown Orlando and 25 minutes from both the Orlando and Sanford International Airports. With convenient access to SR 408, SR 417, and I-4, tenants can easily access the entire Orlando MSA. This portfolio offers 46 suites averaging 4,321 square feet and is currently 94% occupied.
