As CEO, President, and co-founder of Novaria Group, a conglomerate of aerospace companies specializing in the manufacturing of fasteners, fastener, processing, and engineered component assemblies’ sectors. Since 2011, Mr. Perkins has acquired over 14 aerospace component manufacturing businesses, all of which were privately-held, multi-generational, or entrepreneur-owned. Most recently, he has created a strategic partnership with Boeing Global Services (NYSE: BA), receiving industry acclaim for its creativity and breakthrough structure. In addition to serving as CEO, he has taken on a variety of hands-on operational leadership roles within Novaria during various stages of scaling, serving as site leader for a number of plants and employees. His public and private company experience extends to the leadership and successful closure of multiple transactions, integrations and supplier-customer negotiations with Original Equipment Manufacturers such as Boeing, Airbus, and Lockheed Martin, as well as Tier 1 suppliers such as General Electric and United Technologies.
In 2011, Mr. Perkins co-founded Novaria Group to build a world-class aerospace manufacturer, consisting of a unique set of divisions with complementary capabilities. He is a current member of Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). Mr. Perkins holds an MBA with an emphasis in strategy and corporate finance, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, from Texas Christian University.
