Austin Martinsen
Austin joined Fort Capital in April 2022 as our Property and Office Coordinator. In December 2022, he was promoted to Assistant Property Manager. In this role, he is responsible for tenant relations, ensuring all day-to-day operations of our multiple Houston properties run smoothly, and initiating and managing future capital projects.
Austin had 5+ years working as a Lead Residential Maintenance Technician before starting his career in the Commercial Property Management field.
Austin was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family & friends, running, and walking his dog at Memorial Park.
