Hunter Nurdin joined Fort Capital full-time in January 2018 as Associate Finance Manager. In March 2021, he was promoted to Finance Manager. In this role, Hunter works directly with Finance, Acquisitions, and Asset Management departments to execute the investment strategy on all assets. His key responsibilities include securing and maintaining adequate debt capital requirements for all investments, assisting in the creation / maintenance of all forecasting models, and assisting the Vice President of Finance in reviewing all monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
Prior to joining the team full-time, Hunter interned with the Fort Capital Finance / Accounting Team. Upon graduation, Hunter started as Financial Analyst and was later promoted to Senior Analyst. Throughout his time at Fort Capital, Hunter has gained relevant experience working with both Acquisitions and Asset Management teams to underwrite investment opportunities, compose offering memorandums, generate annual operating budgets, and report investment performance to Fort’s Executive Team and Equity Partners.
Hunter graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. In his free time, he enjoys working out, playing golf, hunting, fishing, and hanging out with his wife, Alyssa, as well as friends/family.
