Thomas Pfeifer
Thomas joined Fort in September 2022. As Houston Leasing Manager, Thomas conducts leasing on select Fort industrial assets in the Houston market. He also supports Fort’s deal pipeline by working directly with the Acquisitions and Property Management teams on new acquisitions and dispositions.
Prior to joining Fort, Thomas worked on the industrial leasing team for a full-service commercial real estate firm in Houston. In this role, he was responsible for project leasing assignments, market research, marketing, and business development efforts for his team.
Thomas is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a BA in Economics and History. In his free time, he enjoys sailing, reading, and cheering on the Houston Astros.
