  • Assisting in selecting and managing third-party leasing teams, as needed.
  • Documenting and maintaining daily records of your leasing negotiations and prospecting in Fort Capital’s operating system.

  • Communicating with the Marketing team regarding leasing strategies, marketing collateral (e.g., flyers, signage, etc.), and vacancy listings across various platforms such as CoStar and LoopNet.
  • Communicating directly with our Lease Administration team on all leasing activity.
  • Partnering with the Property Management and Lease Administration teams to establish annual budgets and monthly re-forecasts.

  • Reports directly to VP of Acquisitions & Leasing.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing.
  • Knowledge of the San Antonio real estate market, including local market trends and competitor activities.
  • Proven track record in leasing, lease negotiations, and lease renewals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with tenants, partners, and team members.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to manage leasing activities across the portfolio.
